The real reason I got started in the first place!
I got tired of hearing the word NO!
I know that we all can relate to that feeling. Like, who do you think you are telling me NO?
Then you pause for a quick second and realize. They are the supervisor for the job that you applied for a few years ago.
You we're actually pretty freaking happy then. WTF happened???
Now all you can do now is daydream about all the plans you had at crushing shit and how you'd be running things by now.
Meanwhile your stuck eating tuna salad with your co-worker's because everyone's on a diet at work. No one seem's happy with their pay anymore. To top it off everyone your surrounded by has been slowly conditioned into the "This is it syndrome".
Meaning, this is it and I ain't going nowhere! Damn, does this sound familiar to ya?
I'm sure it does even if you don't admit it!
After spending over 10 years in the government industry I've heard my fair share of Yes Sir's & No Sir's.
Surely after being told I couldn't have a camera phone at work in the middle of the digital boom was enough. Then all of the "take those headphones off" remarks forced you to indulge in office decay.
Honestly, who can blame me for wanting more & doing everything to get it?

Better yet, Who was going to stop Me? My life is already pretty amazing and with disregards to a few things I truly love what I do.
I still had a desire for more!

All of my dreams, inspirations, hurts, confusions, ideas, dis-appointments, motivation and dedication all rolled up into one. (FYI: Honey doesn't have an expiration date by the way & neither does my success). I'm just getting started.
I was ready to start fully living in my life's purpose. I made the choice to take a chance on Me. Shit, I've taken chances before and given them to everyone else. What's one more person gonna hurt...right?!
It feels good too! Being able to share my story, vision and experiences to help some amazing lady out that hasn't found her shine yet. Helping a young fella realize that He is more than a riot and wanted sign. Using my platform to reach who I can and whomever will listen.
I get it! I know that I won't be everyone's cup of tea but there is no other way to drink it. You have to have honey with your tea! It coats your throat and makes you feel all good on the inside. Just like the warm love I will share in every post that I create. Let's not forget that tea is best served hot sooooo....never mind. I'll save that for my next post..
Do I have a topic or area of focus?! ....Not really! That's how people start putting your ass in boxes and telling you what you should post! or not!
I'd rather surprise you so that you always have something to look forward to.
It's not that I don't think you all are worthy but honestly, I have to go eat something and save this for the 4th time. I'll be back, I promise!
